Stuck? Frigidazzi wouldn't appear at midnight

Author: Mariana  Date:   04-20-11 20:06 I waited and waited and waited for Frigidazzi at her house but she wouldn't appear. So... I decided to use cheat and to check her location and found she was in the "House for the Dead". So, how can I advance the main plot without her? The main problem here is, I've been quick saving for 3 days, so I dont have any other saves to go back. I think I might have to play all over again? Uh, I'm using Official - v1.4.9 rc1 Exult. Thanks for reading.

Author: Mariana  Date:   04-20-11 21:26 I think I might as well start over again and rush to Moonshade using cheats. Also, I have a few questions regarding cheats... Will the game start to have problems as soon as I start using cheats like god mode and map teleport (teleport to the destination instead of walking, not teleport to Moonshade after meeting Thoxa)?

Author: Dominus  Date:   04-20-11 21:38 cheats are dangerous. for example you *NEED* to travel with Hawk's boat to Moonshade. SI is very, very linear, if you take too many shortcuts the game goes bust. But yes, if you get the fresh mandrake roots you can teleport back to Moonshade instead of going through the tunnels. Please be aware of our frontpage post though. Save often and if things get strange, revert to an earlier savegame. -- Read the documentation and the FAQ are your friends! Author: Mariana  Date:   04-20-11 21:42 I know I shouldn't rely just on quicksaves... but... you don't want to know how many times I've played this game and still couldn't beat it after SO MANY YEARS. I fell in love with U7 and U7 SI ever since I was a kid. So... I saved myself some troubles by using quicksaving... and lesson learned. Author: Paulon (---.dsl.dyn.ihug.co.nz) Date:   04-21-11 19:25 In the original game, you can use the cheats to add Frigidazzi to your party to make her appear. If you're at her house that allows you to trigger the midnight sequence. I'm not sure if that'll work with Exult, but it's worth a try if the alternative is to replay the entire game.

Author: Dominus  Date:   04-21-11 22:08 yes, that works, just tested it with the savegame. Hit F2, N (NPC tool), 20 (Frigidazzi's NPC number), N (NPC flags), I (in party), ESC (until you exit the cheat screen), walk back into Frigis house and she should catch up with you. Go to her bedroom and do the above keystrokes again to throw her out of the party so you don't mess up the game when you are sent to the Mountains of Freedom :) -- Read the documentation and the FAQ are your friends!
