Installer does nothing?

I installed the games to the directories suggested in the documentation. Then I tried to run the Exult installer. It pops up with a window for about two seconds, during which time a bar moves quickly from left to right and some unreadably fast messages flash above it. After this, I can't find Exult anywhere. It's not at C:\, it's not at C:\Program Files. Using the built-in "search for all files and folders" only turns up the installer. I'm on Windows XP. Please help?

if you have downloaded the official release then download it again, it seems like you have downloaded either the mirror page or the download was corrupted.

Okay, a second download of the installer led to it working. Many thanks for the advice!
