I'm sure you have heard of this problem before.

I would like to have some help with running Ulitma VII. This is the first time I have tried Exult but I cant get it to work. I downloaded Exult and had that put into program files under the default choice. (I'm using a Windows XP computer) I have a folder where I generally put all my games into where I made the folder for it Ultima ULTIMA7 and the files for the black gate under Program Files\ULTIMA7\Game. I then made a seperate folder for the Serpent Isle under Program Files\ULTIMA7\Game\SerpentIsle\SI. I'm thinking I should take Serpent Isles out of that file since Its useless, but my point is every time run Exult it says "Warning could not find data files for The Black Gate or Serpent Isle. Please edit the configuration and restart Exult"

I don't know what to do there and I would like some help. Here's to hoping this forum isnt totally deserted.

Thank you, I spent a bit more time on the FAQ and eventually got it. Now I just need to stop Iolo from stealing everything ;).
