It seems not but its there any available version of Exult Studio for OSX? If not, any plans to have it?

Starting very recently, it can be compiled and works as intended in OS X; but there is no precompiled version, no. Also note that there is a topic asking about exactly that in the main Phorum page.

You have to download the recent source of exult and compile it yourself following the instructions in readme.macosx (in the source).
